Terms and Conditions – luck33me Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you (the "Player") and luck33me ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). They govern all aspects of your use of luck33me including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and promotions, and any interaction with our customer support team.

luck33me is operated as an online gaming platform serving players in Pakistan. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms are written in plain English and are intended to be read and understood by Pakistani players without legal training. Where something might be unclear, please contact our support team before proceeding.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which form part of the same overall agreement between you and luck33me.

Every player on luck33me must have a registered account to deposit, play, or withdraw. Registration is free and open to eligible players (see Section 2 for eligibility requirements).

• Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on luck33me. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow another person to operate your account.
• luck33me reserves the right to request identity verification (CNIC scan and selfie) at any time. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. luck33me will never ask for your password by email or SMS. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• luck33me accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or gift your account or any balance within it to another person.

To register and use luck33me you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

luck33me takes the 18+ requirement seriously. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and any funds returned to the original payment method. luck33me cooperates fully with any parent or guardian who reports underage usage.

All deposits on luck33me are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash; Rs 500 for NayaPay, SadaPay, and Visa/Mastercard; Rs 1,000 for Bank IBFT.
• luck33me charges zero fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are that provider's responsibility and are not connected to luck33me.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified CNIC. luck33me does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposited funds are credited to your luck33me balance upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallets are instant; bank IBFT may take up to 60 minutes during business hours.
• luck33me reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or unusual deposit patterns as part of our anti-money-laundering compliance.
• Deposits that cannot be attributed to a specific player due to missing or incorrect reference information may be delayed. Contact support immediately if a deposit does not appear within the expected processing time.

Withdrawals from luck33me are subject to the following rules and conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR only, to payment accounts verified in the player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• A first withdrawal requires completion of full identity verification (CNIC document and selfie). This is a one-time requirement for each account.
• Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT. There is no standard maximum, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional checks.
• Real-money balance (funds not subject to active wagering requirements) may be withdrawn at any time. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• luck33me processes verified account withdrawals automatically without manual approval for amounts within standard limits. Average processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash is under 5 minutes.
• luck33me reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for security or compliance reasons. Players will be notified of the reason for any delay via email or SMS.
• If a withdrawal is made to a method that subsequently fails (e.g., expired card or closed wallet), luck33me will attempt to reprocess or contact the player for an alternative method within 3 business days.

luck33me offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Welcome Bonus: New players receive a 200% match on their first deposit up to a maximum bonus of Rs 50,000. The wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. The bonus must be wagered on eligible games within 30 days of being credited.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement is completed. Wagering on different game types contributes to requirements at different rates — slots contribute 100%, live table games contribute 10–20%.
• Weekly Cashback: The Monday cashback bonus is credited as real money with zero wagering requirements. Maximum cashback is Rs 20,000 per week. Cashback is calculated on net losses only.
• Bonus Abuse: luck33me actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, and any systematic exploitation of bonus terms. Players found abusing bonuses will have winnings voided and accounts closed.
• Promotional Restrictions: Employees of luck33me and their immediate family members are not eligible for any promotional offers.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses expire automatically after the stated period and are removed from the account balance.
• Changes: luck33me may modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Active players with bonuses in progress will not be retroactively affected by changes to a promotion they have already claimed.

All games on luck33me are governed by the rules displayed within each individual game. The following general gameplay rules apply across the platform:

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once a bet is accepted by the system, it stands as placed regardless of any error by the player.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a live game, luck33me will attempt to reconstruct the game state and settle the round based on the last confirmed server-side state. Any bets unresolvable due to technical failure will be refunded.
• luck33me uses certified RNG systems for non-live games. The RNG is independently audited to ensure statistical randomness and compliance with industry standards. Players accept that outcomes are determined by this system and that historical results do not influence future outcomes.
• Live dealer games use physical cards dealt in real time under multiple camera angles. The dealer's actions are final as recorded by the live feed server at the time of dealing.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are stated within each game. Attempting to circumvent these limits through technical means will result in account suspension.
• luck33me reserves the right to void bets placed on games with known software bugs, errors, or incorrect paytable configurations. Players will be refunded the voided bet amount.

luck33me is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to sharing card information in live Poker or Teen Patti, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated betting.
• Fraud: Using false identity documents, stolen payment methods, or fraudulent CNIC information. Any suspected fraud will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Software Manipulation: Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to place bets or influence game outcomes. Manual play is required at all times on luck33me.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets on all outcomes of an event to guarantee profit regardless of result. luck33me reserves the right to void bets placed as part of identified arbitrage strategies.
• Money Laundering: Using luck33me to process funds linked to illegal activities. All large transactions are subject to AML checks and reporting obligations.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to operate your luck33me account, including under power of attorney, is prohibited.

luck33me takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools to help every player maintain a healthy and enjoyable gaming experience.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in their account settings. Limits take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Reminders: Players may set time alerts that notify them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: A temporary break of 24 hours to 30 days can be applied via account settings. During a cooling-off period, the player cannot deposit or place bets but may still withdraw available real-money funds.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed immediately upon request. luck33me will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.
• Third-Party Help: luck33me supports players seeking help for problem gambling and encourages reaching out to mental health resources available in Pakistan.

All content on luck33me — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of luck33me or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use luck33me solely for personal gaming purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from luck33me without express written permission.
• The luck33me brand name and logo are registered trademarks. Using them without permission — including in any social media, website, or app — is prohibited.
• Game software is licensed to luck33me by third-party providers. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract game logic is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luck33me's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• luck33me is not liable for any losses arising from a player's gambling decisions. Players participate in all games voluntarily and accept the inherent risk of loss.
• luck33me is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or any other economic loss resulting from use of the platform.
• luck33me's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• luck33me is not liable for failures caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment processing delays outside of luck33me's direct control.
• luck33me does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may take the service offline for maintenance. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible; emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

Either the player or luck33me may close an account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: Players may request account closure by contacting support. All pending bets will be settled normally. Available real-money balance will be returned via the player's last verified withdrawal method after identity verification.
• luck33me-Initiated Closure: luck33me may close or suspend any account without prior notice if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, fair play violations, AML concerns, or any other breach of these Terms.
• Funds on Closure: Upon legitimate account closure with no outstanding Terms breach, verified players' real-money balances will be returned. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited on closure unless already converted to real money through completed wagering.
• Disputed Closures: Players who believe their account has been unfairly closed may contact support to initiate a review. luck33me will review and respond within 5 business days.

luck33me may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made:

• The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.
• Players will be notified of material changes via email and/or SMS to the contact details registered on their account.
• Continued use of luck33me after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If a player does not agree with updated Terms, they may close their account by contacting support before the changes take effect. Any funds held at that time will be returned following standard withdrawal procedures.
• Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause — may be made without formal notification.
